Qantas’ Frequent Flyer Program is becoming even more inferior to Singapore’s Kris Flyer program or Lufthansa’s Miles and More. I can only recommend changing to Star Alliance, where a return business trip will set you back 180K points and less than AUD200 in taxes. Far superior value than Qantas FFP and earning the points is just as easy đŸ™‚ Even Flying blue is better than Qantas now also…

Especially when you compare it to only a year ago, when you could fly business return MEL-Europe for 256K points – that’s a minimum of 62K more in points or about 25%… Revolting!!
I really hope Virgin is going to rise from the ashes, as Qantas keep devaluing it’s points value more and more and loses appeal…
