Other than that, I found the seat pods quite uncomfortable with lots of edges to bang into, the entertainment very limited, no pyjamas on an overnight flight from Tokyo to Sydney and the slightly brittle Japanese service lacking warmth.

Qantas service is much more variable depending on the demeanour of the people working on the day, but generally friendlier.
